How It Started
Boltbite was born in 2019 out of a simple frustration: why does fast food have to taste like it was made in a hurry? Our founders grew up eating at the kinds of places where the burger actually tasted like beef and the fries came out hot every single time.
We set out to build something different — a fast food joint with the speed people needed and the quality they deserved. No frozen patties. No shortcuts. Every smash burger pressed to order, every shake hand-spun, every basket of fries pulled fresh from the fryer.
Six years later, Boltbite has grown to 47 locations across the country — but the mission hasn't changed one bit. Real fast. Real good. Every single time.
